Common questions
Engine Repair FAQs
How do I know if I need engine repair or a full replacement?
It depends on the problem and the condition of the vehicle. We find the cause first and give you an honest recommendation: repair when it makes sense, replacement when it does not.
Do you replace timing belts and timing chains?
Yes, along with related parts like tensioners and water pumps that are usually replaced at the same time.
Will I get a price before the work starts?
Always. Mechanical work is quoted for your vehicle after we look at it, and nothing begins without your approval.
